Executive Chef-Owner, Jack Felber describes his menu as wine driven, created to compliment great wine. “Simple elegance”, “robust flavors”, “local ingredients”, “unpretentious presentation” and “old world crafting” are the terms frequently used to describe our fare.
The Olympia Tea Room supports small regional farms, sustainable agriculture and humane treatment of animals. We buy food from local fisherman, independent regional farmers, artisanal producers, organic growers and other like-minded people equally dedicated to improving our food supply by making it more wholesome and natural as well as preserving and restoring our environment. We strive to avoid artificial trans-fats, animal growth hormones and antibiotics, chemical fertilizers and pesticides.
