FAQs

do you take reservations?

1

No, we don’t accept reservations. First come first served. When we are busy we will take your name and phone number and text you when your table is available. Watch Hill is a beautiful place to walk around and enjoy while you are waiting. We also have a bar where you can grab a drink while you wait.

can you accommodaTE LARGE PARTIES?

2

Unfortunately, due to size constraints in our 100 year old dining room the Olympia does not have the capability to accommodate parties larger than 10. We don’t split parties throughout the dining room. Please enjoy the Olympia with a smaller group. Thank you for your understanding.

We do not have any private event space.

Are you a kid friendly restaurant?

3

Yes, children are welcome! We have many families who dine with us. We have a children’s menu; it includes Pasta, Pizza & Chicken Tenders. Due to size constraints in our dining room we don’t have any highchairs or booster seats and we cannot accommodate strollers indoors. Our outdoor section can accommodate strollers if the weather permits.

Do you have OUtdoor seating? Can i bring my dog?

4

Weather permitting we do have outdoor seating, our outdoor seating is full service area for dining customers. Dogs are allowed if they are leashed and well-behaved. Any dogs barking or acting aggressive will be asked to leave immediately.

DO you have parking?

5

Parking in Watch Hill is limited, especially during the summer months. During the Spring (April - June 20th) and Fall (September 10th - onwards) there is typically never an issue finding a parking spot. In the high summer there is street parking available along Bay Street, during the day your parking time is limited to 2 hours, after 5 pm the parking is not monitored. There is a public lot available across the street from the Olympia for those who intend to enjoy the village restaurants and stores, no beach parking. There are several pay parking lots that provide restrooms and are best for those who intend to spend the whole day in Watch Hill. Finally, those Westerly locals that have a parking pass can park in the designated Larkin Street parking spaces which are exclusively for Westerly residents.
